  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and other major credit/debit cards in AED or other applicable currencies.
  • We also offer a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service through our partners such as Tabby.
  • Payments are processed securely. Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to authorities.

2.3 Delivery:
We deliver to UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait. Delivery times are typically 2–5 working days. Claims for lost deliveries must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

3. Ordering and Returns

3.1 Placing Orders:

  • Add items to your “Shopping Bag” and proceed to checkout to place an order.
  • A Confirmation Email will be sent upon receipt of your order.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon dispatch with an Acceptance Email, forming a binding contract.

3.2 Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement unless already dispatched.
  • For cancellations after dispatch, shipping fees will apply.

3.3 Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, unworn, and resaleable condition with all original packaging.
  • Free gifts must be returned with the associated product, or their value will be deducted from your refund.
