Prices, delivery charges and payment

The price of a product shall be as stated on this Website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel no payment will be taken; or if payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.

We have a chosen delivery partner who are specialists in international cross-border ecommerce and help manage and localize international shopping experiences. This has enabled us to improve our delivery options, add the ability to pre-pay duties and pay in local currencies for selected countries. The available methods of payments are displayed on the Website at checkout. Payment will be debited from your account at the point you confirm your order.

You confirm that the payment credentials being used are yours. Your payment credentials will be subject to validation checks and authorization by our payment processing provider.

Fraudulent payment credentials will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your payment credentials refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your payment credentials issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your payment in accordance with your order.

The ordering process and order confirmation

Your order via our online purchase order form constitutes an offer to us to buy the products you select from the Website. All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supply when you register.

By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this Website:

You are making an offer to concept-n.com to deliver the goods described in your order under the Terms of the order to the preferred address you have given to us while placing the order.

You may select items from our range of products, details of which will be added to the "Shopping Bag" by clicking on the "Add to Bag" button. Before placing an order you can view and amend your order details at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Bag".

By clicking on "Pay by Card" (or equivalent button for other payment methods) at Checkout, you submit an offer to buy the goods in the Shopping Bag.

Once you have placed an order for goods and delivery you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received.

You will automatically be sent an email confirming receipt of your order (the "Confirmation Email") with a summary of the details of your order, which we recommend you print out and keep for your own records. The Confirmation Email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that concept-n has received your order. concept-n will send a second email when we dispatch your goods which shall constitute our acceptance of your order (the "Acceptance Email") at which point a binding contract of sale for products will be concluded between you and us.

We will retain a record of all orders accepted by us. You can find details about your recent orders by logging into your Account via the “Order” link at the top Right hand side of the Website.

Delivery and ownership

We accept orders for delivery from UK to UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait. To view our delivery and shipping rates please click here. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from our supplier to the address provided by you. For orders fulfilled by concept-n. we will endeavor to dispatch the product to you within one working day of you placing your order and in any event within 4 working days beginning on the day after you place your order.

If we are unable to dispatch the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances we will offer you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

However, if any product got dispatched, shipping fees will be deducted in case we received a cancellation request from your side.

You are only responsible for the product when it is delivered to you.

If for any reason you do not receive your delivery, please note that we will only consider claims for lost items sent within 5 days after the latest due date

Additionally, we will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor or any particular person appointed from your side.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the product in any way (for example if there is obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport) please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. Cancellation, returns and refunds

We can only cancel an order within 2 hours unless your order is damaged or faulty.

Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.

Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to refuse the returns in addition to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.

Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious returns behavior.

Return of non-faulty goods

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund, providing:

you notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase within 14 days, since the date of delivery of the concerned order.

you have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return - in particular this means they must not have been damaged. Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey;

Trademarks and Copyrights

The entire contents of the Site also are protected by copyright as a collective work under UAE copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and to waive any objections based upon venue.

Arbitration

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these T&C will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Dubai, UAE in English and governed by Dubai law pursuant to the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai), as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Dubai and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.

Termination

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the T&C or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the T&C. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of concept-n.com in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

We accept payments online using Visa and Master credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies).

Some of the products that we sell may be considered more appropriate to adults and could be subject to age or other restrictions in some countries. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law. By placing an order with us, you are confirming that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items.
