Returns & Refunds Policy
At Concept N, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within our return window for a refund or store credit.
Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, resaleable condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Footwear must be returned in its original branded box, placed inside a protective shipping box.

Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie, and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Return Shipping & Costs

UAE & GCC customers: Returns are free of charge when using our provided return label.

If you choose to arrange your own courier, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund method:

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via Concept N gift voucher.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

We will provide a prepaid return label (UAE & GCC customers) or advise the best return method for your location.

Pack your item securely and attach the return label to the parcel.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, product details, and clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Please retain the damaged item until our team confirms it can be returned or disposed of.
Missing Items

Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Contact our Customer Care team with your order number, missing item details, and invoice copy so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
