Welcome to concept-n.com (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the Site, including all divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliated websites referencing these T&C. 1. Use of the Site

2. Prices, Payments, and Delivery

2.1 Pricing:
Prices listed on the Site are accurate at the time of display but may be subject to errors. In case of pricing errors, we will notify you to confirm or cancel your order.

2.2 Payment:

  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and other major credit/debit cards in AED or other applicable currencies.
  • We also offer a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service through our partners such as Tabby.
  • Payments are processed securely. Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to authorities.

2.3 Delivery:
We deliver to UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait. Delivery times are typically 2–4 working days. Claims for lost deliveries must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

3. Ordering and Returns

3.1 Placing Orders:

  • Add items to your “Shopping Bag” and proceed to checkout to place an order.
  • A Confirmation Email will be sent upon receipt of your order.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon dispatch with an Acceptance Email, forming a binding contract.

3.2 Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement unless already dispatched.
  • For cancellations after dispatch, shipping fees will apply.

3.3 Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, unopened, and resaleable condition with all original packaging.
  • Free gifts must be returned with the associated product, or their value will be deducted from your refund.
  • Suspicious or excessive return behavior may result in account suspension.
4. Ownership and Liability

4.1 Ownership:
Ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for the product after delivery.

4.2 Damaged Goods:
Contact our Customer Care Team immediately for any damaged or faulty items.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

6.1 Jurisdiction:
These T&C are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

6.2 Arbitration:
All disputes will be referred to private, confidential arbitration in Dubai under the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site at our discretion. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Site.
